My first impression wasn’t great, the whole experience just kind of confirmed it. I reached out to get an issue sorted, but it never really went anywhere. Replies took a while, and even after waiting, I still didn’t get a clear answer. It ended up being really frustrating, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

The payment did go through in the end, but it took a little longer than I expected and the page felt kinda slow. I got the confirmation after a few minutes, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I just wish the whole process had been a bit smoother

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I kept checking back like, okay, is this moving or did it get lost somewhere? Not a huge issue in the end, but the wait was a little annoying. Overall, the return worked out, just not super fast.

I ordered a hoodie from OSP i wasn’t too impressed when it showed up. The fabric felt thinner than I expected, kind of cheap, and the print already looked a bit faded straight out of the bag.
After washing it once, it didn’t really hold up any better, the seams started looking loose and the whole thing felt worse overall. I guess I’ll still wear it around the house, but for the price, I was hoping for a lot more. Probably wouldn’t order again.

I wanted to like it, but yeah… no. Right away it felt kind of stiff. Then after wearing it for a bit, it started rubbing and getting annoying. I kept trying to adjust it, thinking maybe it would loosen up or feel better, but it didn’t. I ended up taking it off quickly. Just not comfortable for me at all.

The selection felt really limited, like really limited, and a lot of basic stuff I expected to find was missing. I clicked through a few categories and they all felt kind of empty, so it got frustrating fast. Not much choice, not much variety, not much reason to keep looking. I ended up giving up and ordering from another site.

The package came in an okay amount of time, so no big issue there. I opened it up after dinner and noticed a few parts were missing, which was annoying because I had already cleared off the kitchen table to put everything together. I reached out to support and they did respond, so that’s good, but I’m still waiting for it to actually get sorted out...

I like to know exactly what I’m paying for upfront, so I was frustrated that the full pricing didn’t really become clear until checkout. For me, clear costs are a basic standard, and this missed the mark a bit...

I checked out shop-osp.com the whole site just felt off to me. The layout looks a bit thrown together, and it doesn’t really have that clean, modern feel I usually expect from an online shop.

A few pages were crowded too, with colors, text, and sections that didn’t seem to fit together. I kept scrolling around thinking I was missing something, which made browsing more annoying than it should’ve been.

Maybe the store itself is totally fine, but the design didn’t make me feel confident enough to buy anything. I left

The site was okay overall, but some of the instructions weren’t very clear. I was able to figure things out eventually, but it took more time than it should have. It’s not a bad experience by any means, but I do think it would be a lot more useful if a few parts were explained better.

I went on there just trying to order a few basic things, and once again almost everything I wanted was out of stock. It should’ve been a quick, simple purchase, but it turned into a waste of time

The shipping cost was just really too high for me.

The box arrived all crushed and broken, not exactly what I was hoping for. Disappointing, it just didn’t make a great first impression.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about dealing with them: I reached out to customer service and never got a reply. It’s really frustrating when you need help and no one bothers to respond. I’d be cautious before trusting them with anything important.

This was disappointing. The photos made it look way nicer than what I actually got. The color is kinda off, the fabric feels thinner than I expected, and the whole shape just isn’t like the pictures. I went back and looked again, and yeah, it really seems like they used better-looking photos than the real item. Not happy with it

I ordered my usual size, but it didn’t fit at all. it’s so frustrating because I feel like I’m always the one who ends up with clothing that’s nothing like the size chart. I was really hoping this would work out, but no luck...

The product itself was fine, but the box showed up crushed and barely taped shut. Compared to other orders I’ve gotten recently, this one definitely felt like it wasn’t packed as securely as it should’ve been.
